Terms & Conditions of Sale

A10 Motorcyles terms & conditions

All sales are final, unless you decide to break the contract, in which case you will be subject to a 25% handling fee. (This is in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations of 2000).

Warranty is parts only 12 months on road legal bikes/scooters and 3 months on all off road items.
Parts (excluded):
Items which are service parts, those having a lifespan based on usage and expected to be replaced during normal service. Examples of such parts include, but are not limited to tyres, tubes, brake shoes and pads, batteries, cables, bulbs, filters, spark plugs, clutch components drive chains and sprockets and certain seals and gaskets.

In the event of you failing to honour the agreement, return delivery is to be paid by you.

Delivery is UK mainland and non UK mainland as specified on the Delivery page of our website.

Our website shows images of various bikes in different colours, as specified on the site due to availability colours can not be guaranteed to be in stock at all our dealerships but can be ordered.

In the event of a particular model of bike being unavailable you will have the opportunity to choose an alternative product or receive a full refund.

When you place an order to purchase a product from A10 Motorcycles, your order represents an offer to purchase a product this is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you (the ''Dispatch Confirmation E-mail'').

Payment is cash or only when collecting your item.

We only accept cash, credit and debit cards, cheques, postal orders and direct bank transfers as a method of payment or payments made via our nominated payment bureau.

If payment is made by cheque, items will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared – you agree to allow 7 to 10 business days for clearance.

Please note that delivery estimates given are not guaranteed however all delivery dates are normally met, in the event of a delay in delivery you will be contacted.

As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail or telephone if any products you order turn out to be unavailable. In the unlikely event of the item being unavailable you will be offered an equivalent product or full refund of the purchase price.

The Shetland Islands and Scottish Highlands, The Isle of Scilly, Jersey and the Channel Islands all need a specific quote before any transaction can be completed. If payment is made via theinternetbikeshop.com website for delivery to any of the places listed, theinternetbikeshop.com reserves the right to cancel your order. If a product's delivery price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before accepting the order, cancelling the order and notifying you of such cancellation

We can not accept cancellations of the purchase of a road legal bike that has already began the registration process with the DVLA. This in simple terms means once the bike has been registered in your name.

If we deliver an item to you in error or if the item is damaged. We will collect the item and replace it free of cost to you.

If we do not receive the item back from you on the date that has been agreed for collection and replacement, we will arrange for collection and replacement of the item again at your cost.

Parts are only warranted for damages deemed to have occurred through normal use of the item. All parts need to be returned for examination before any new part is sent out.

The warranty will be considered null and void if the item is altered from the original manufacture specification.

Transit costs both to and from A10 Motorcycles for repair under warranty are the complete responsibilities of the customer.

The original receipt of purchase must be retained as it may be required at a later date. If this is not made available the warranty will be considered null and void and all parts and labour costs will be incurred by the customer.

The warranty is for the purchaser only whom A10 Motorcycles supplied the item to. You cannot transfer this agreement to someone else without our prior written permission.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. New merchandise may be exchanged or returned for refund with your original packing, subject to the following conditions. We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in ''Like-new'' condition. ''Like-new'' means the complete product in the original carton with all equipment, packaging, warranties, manuals and accessories. If the product is not returned in “Like-new” condition then a 25% handling charge of the value of the bike will be levied.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel the contract at any time within 7 working days of receipt of the product(s). You must communicate such cancellation and return the product(s) to us by either writing, e-mailing or calling us (contact information below). Then details of the address to which the product(s) are to be returned, at your cost, will be communicated. This does not affect your statutory rights.
